Because I Know You Love Me So is a song written by John Lennon and Paul McCartney. The Beatles performed it during the Get Back sessions in January 1969. This song was also likely a part of the pre-fame repertoire of the band. It is a country-style tune reminiscent of the music of Buck Owens (whose "Act Naturally" was covered by The Beatles with Ringo on lead vocals in 1965). Other country-style tunes known to have been performed by the group include What Goes On, Won't You Please Say Goodbye? and Ringo's self-penned Don't Pass Me By.
