Blue Moon Of Kentucky is a song originally released in 1947 by Bill Monroe. The Beatles covered the song live from 1957 to 1961, though they were more likely influenced by Elvis Presley's 1954 version. No recording of this song performed by The Beatles during this era exists, although a 1994 recording of the surviving Beatles playing the song exists.
