| Short description | Filming for Help!. |
| Location | Cliveden House, Cliveden, Maidenhead |
This date was not only The Beatles' last day filming at Cliveden, but also the Beatles' last day filming for their second film, Help!. The film crew continued filming on May 12, doing location shots in London, but The Beatles were not required for these. At some point during filming at Cliveden between May 10 and May 11, The Beatles were challenged to a relay race around part of the gardens. This contest was filmed on an 8mm home camera by a member of the film crew and footage still exists. They competed against three other teams from the unit - the electricians, the carpenters, and the camera operators - and each team had six members. The Beatles team had the four Beatles, Neil Aspinall, and band chauffer Alf Bicknell. (To the surprise of many, because they were considered unfit, The Beatles' team won the race.)
