Filming for Magical Mystery Tour was done at Raymond Revuebar, a Soho striptease club, on this day. A sequence was filmed where all the male passengers, including The Beatles, watched Jan Carson strip topless to the then-unknown Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band performing Death Cab For Cutie. The word CENSORED appeared over Carson's breasts in the final film for fear that the entire scene would be cut from the film by the BBC and other broadcasters.
