Hold On, I'm Comin' is a 1966 John Lennon home demo. It has not been released on legitimate album or bootleg, making it one of the most sought-after Beatles outtakes.

Recording

This song, one minute and two seconds in length, is taped over part of the She Said She Said demo tape. Doug Sulpy, who wrote The 910's Guide To The Beatles Outtakes books, described the song as "a pretty tune, but obviously little more than a sketch."
