| Short description | Performance at Aintree Institute. |
| Location | Liverpool |
The last-ever Beatles show for both the Aintree Institute and promoter Brian Kelley, who they had worked for for more than a year. Brian Epstein drove them to the gig. When Epstein saw Kelly paying The Beatles their fifteen-pound fee in loose change, he was angered. Brian thought that this was an insult to the groups importance and made sure that The Beatles would never play at Aintree or for Kelly again. He found this incident so horrific that he mentioned it in his 1964 autobiography A Cellarful Of Noise.
