Overdubs were added from 12:00 AM ro 3:00 AM, including the backing chorale/handclaps, featuring all of the above musicians, as well as Yoko, Mal Evans, and people from Hatchetts, which was a London nightclub. Four stereo mixes were made during this session, made from 3:00 AM to 4:00 AM. The fourth mix was used for the single in Britain. Phil Spector made another stereo mix a few days later in Los Angeles, which was used on the American single.
