Overdubbing onto Maxwell's Silver Hammer, Something, and You Never Give Me Your Money was done in this 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM session. Maxwell's Silver Hammer was given more guitar and vocal by Paul. George overdubbed his lead vocal onto Something. Paul overdubbed bass onto You Never Give Me Your Money. At the end of the session, Something, the last song to be recorded in this session, was given a reduction mix (Take 36 into 37) which was 5 minutes and 32 seconds in length.
