A 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM session, which saw the continuation of The Fool On The Hill, after Paul's initial studio demo on September 6. Three Takes of the basic track were recorded, wh9ich included harmonicas played by John and George. Afterwards, overdubs of Paul playing recorder, Ringo playing drums, and Paul's lead vocal were added onto Take 4, a reduction mix of Take 3. At the end of the session, a rough mono mix was produced.
