While staying in L.A. to see the January 29 premiere of The Magic Christian, Ringo makes a guest appearance on Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In, shot in "beautiful downtown Burbank." He makes appearances with the cast and other guest stars, including one where he joined Ruth Buzzi and Arre Johnson in their familiar park-bench setting. It was boradcast on November 23 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM Eastern Time. In Britain, it was seen on BBC2 on April 12 from 7:25 PM to 8:15 PM.
