You Are My Sunshine

You Are My Sunshine is a 1939 song by The Pine Ridge Boys. The Beatles first covered it live in 1960. The first recorded version of it done by The Beatles is in a singalong done in India at Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's meditation camp in early 1968. This version includes other members of the camp, such as Donovan and Mia Farrow. The Beatles also covered it during the Get Back sessions in January 1969.
